- Show hierarchical column group structure in Available and Visible column lists
- Indent member column names beneath column groups
- Distinguish column groups from normal columns
- Show column group names in bold
- Moving column groups between Available and Visible
- If a column group is moved to visible, then all columns within the group should also be moved to visible
- vice versa for available (hidden) columns
- If all columns in a column group are visible, then the column group should be visible
- vice versa for available (hidden) columns
- Rearrange column groups in visible columns list
- If a column group is reordered, all columns within the group are also reordered
